  1. What are the participating products? 

    The participating products in our Cashmere® Diamond Contest are the specially marked packages of Cashmere® Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 34212 8) OR Cashmere® Ultra Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 35412 1). (Please note: “Specially marked” means a product identified with the words “Cashmere® You could WIN 1 of 10 pairs of Diamond Earrings”).
  2. If I purchase a package of Cashmere® UltraLuxe Bathroom Tissue (not a participating product), am I eligible for the Contest? 

    Unfortunately, no. The only participating products in this Contest are the specially marked packages of Cashmere® Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 34212 8) and Cashmere® Ultra Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 35412 1). All other Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue products are not part of the offer.
  3. How long is this Contest open for? 

    The Contest starts on 12:00:01 PM (EST) on June 2, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (EST) on August 31, 2017, or while supplies of specially marked product last. Receipts must be submitted on or before 11:59:59 PM (EST) on August 31, 2017.
  4. Where is this Contest available? 

    This Contest is available at any participating Canadian Retailer where specially marked Cashmere® Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 34212 8) OR Cashmere® Ultra Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 35412 1) are sold, while supplies last.
  5. Can you tell me what retailers sell Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue? 

    You can find all stores where Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue is available here.
  6. I’d like to enter the Contest, but I’m unable to get to a store to purchase the participating products. What can I do? 

    No problem! You can enter without making a purchase—please refer to our Official Rules to learn how.
  7. My retailer is out of the Cashmere® Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 34212 8) OR Cashmere® Ultra Double Roll 12 rolls (UPC 0 61328 35412 1). Can you tell me when they will be getting more? 

    Unfortunately, we can’t advise which of our retailers still have the participating products on their shelves. We suggest calling your closest store to see if they still have any of the participating products in stock. See Question 6 above if you would like to enter without making a purchase  
  8. I purchased the required participating product and have the sales receipt showing the purchase date was June 2, 2017. Today is August 3, 2017—am I still eligible to enter the Contest? 

    Yes, you are! As long as you submit your receipt on or before 11:59:59 PM (EST) on August 31, 2017, you’re still eligible for the Contest.
  9. I don’t live in Canada but purchased the participating product within the purchase period. Am I eligible for the Contest? 

    Thanks for bringing some Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue home! Unfortunately, in order to participate in this Contest, you must be a legal resident of Canada and be located in Canada. For more information, please refer to the section marked “Eligibility” (4) in our Official Rules.
  10. I’m 16 and purchased the participating product within the purchase period. Am I eligible for the Contest? 

    Thanks for purchasing Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue—you have excellent taste for your age! Unfortunately, though, to participate in this Contest, you must have reached the age of majority in your province/territory of residence at the time of participation. For more information, please refer to the section marked “Eligibility” (4) in our Official Rules.
  11. I work with Loblaws (Retailer) or one of the other participating retailers. Am I able to participate in the offer? 

    Yes! As long as you meet all of the other entry requirements, you’re more than welcome to participate in this Contest.
  12. I am a Kruger employee. Can I participate? 

    Unfortunately, no—Kruger employees can’t participate in this Contest. For more information, please refer to the section marked “Eligibility” (4) in our Official Rules.
  13. My receipt doesn’t clearly identify the retailer and/or date of purchase. Can I still enter the Contest? 

    Without the store name, date of purchase, and/or information that identifies which Cashmere® Bathroom Tissue product you purchased, your receipt isn’t valid. So unfortunately, no, you can’t enter the Contest if your receipt doesn’t meet these conditions.
  14. I made the required purchase, but I don’t have internet access or an email address. How can I participate in this Contest?  

    Access to the internet is required for you to enter the Contest. Many public libraries, internet cafés, retail businesses and others offer access to the internet, and a number of internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.
  15. How long will it take to process my Entry? 

    Please allow up to 72 hours from the time you submitted your receipt for the validation process. Once your submission has been reviewed, we’ll send you an email to confirm your entry, or to let you know if there’s a problem with your submission. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see an email from us in your inbox within this timeframe. Remember to keep your original sales receipt.
  16. How many receipts can I submit? 

    You can submit one (1) sales receipt per Day and are eligible to receipt up to three (3) Entries per Day (regardless of the method of entry).

    As the Official Rules state, the number of Entries per Day that will be allocated to an eligible entrant will be determined by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, as follows:

    (i) If a sales receipt contains one (1) eligible Participating Product, then the eligible entrant will be eligible to receive one (1) Entry;
    (ii) If a sales receipt contains two (2) eligible Participating Products, then the eligible entrant will be eligible to receive two (2) Entries; or
    (iii) If a sales receipt contains three (3) or more eligible Participating Products, then the eligible entrant will be eligible to receive three (3) Entries.

    Please note that each sales receipt can only be submitted once in relation to this Contest and are eligible to receive up to three (3) Entries per Day (regardless of the method of entry).
  17. Will I be contacted if there’s a problem with my receipt? 

    Yes! If, for any reason, there’s a problem with your submission, we’ll send you an email indicating the reason why your receipt could not be processed. Remember to check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see an email in your inbox within 72 hours of your submission.
  18. It’s been 72 hours and I haven’t received an email. Why haven’t I received an email? 

    Please your check your inbox, spam or junk folders for an email with the words “Cashmere® Diamond” in the subject line.
  19. I have some questions about my submitted receipts. Who can I talk to? 

    First, please visit CashmereDiamonds.ca and have a read through the Official Rules. If you have any additional questions, please email Help@CashmereDiamonds.ca.
  20. How many times can I enter my receipts? 

    Each sales receipt can only be submitted once in relation to this Contest. To clarify, if you purchase more than three (3) Participating Products on a single sales receipt, you will only be eligible to receive three (3) Entries in relation to that sales receipt. That sales receipt cannot be used again to claim further Entries.
  21. Do I need to keep my receipt? 

    Yes—definitely keep your original sales receipt, as it may be requested and/or required for verification purposes prior to being awarded a prize.
  22. What do I do if I’m having trouble participating in the program?

  23. What happens if I don’t have a smartphone? 

    You can use a camera to take a photo of your receipt, and save it to your computer. Then, you can upload that file to CashmereDiamonds.ca.
  24. What is a smartphone? 

    A smartphone is a cellular phone that performs many of the functions of a computer. Smartphones typically have a touchscreen, Internet access, and an operating system capable of running downloaded applications.
  25. How do I upload a photograph from my smartphone? 

    When following the submission instructions on CashmereDiamonds.ca, you’ll see a button marked “Upload”. When you click on this button, your camera album should open up. Choose the photo of your receipt and press “Done”.
  26. How do I upload a photograph from my camera? 

    Download your pictures from your camera onto your computer. Then, visit CashmereDiamonds.ca and follow the submission instructions. When you see the button marked “Upload”, click on it—you’ll be given the option to choose a photo from your computer. Find your receipt image and click “Open”.
  27. I can’t seem to find my picture of the sales receipt? 

    Typically, images are automatically saved to a folder on your desktop. Or you can choose to save your photos to your favorite location. Try checking other folders (Downloads, Documents or Desktop). If you still can’t find the photo, you can re-download it from your smartphone or camera.
